Welcome to the Port of Clarkston's web site! The Port's goal for this site is to provide helpful information to all who visit. We will be providing forms and any applications you might need, meeting agendas and minutes, a calendar of events and news about things that are happening at the Port.
The Port of Clarkston is more like a business than the "landlord only" status of most port districts, Clarkston is an "operating" port, choosing to run its equipment and terminal functions normally contracted to a third party. Land is for lease, not for sale, but the Port will "build-to-suit" or tenants may construct their own facilities. Current clients ranges from large agri-business and forest products firms to a 50-unit antique mall and small entrepreneurial enterprises in manufacturing, retail, and service sectors.
