The Port of Clarkston is an operating port that manages 120-acre waterfront site for a diversity of business tenants, emphasizing recreational development.

Tenants include a 75-unit Quality Inn, complete with restaurant and lounge. The Quality Inn has just added 22 new suites, a new pool and hot tub. Operations include the Lewis-Clark Convention Center with 2500 square foot conference room, divisible into two or four meeting rooms, plus several boardrooms for smaller groups.

Commercial land is available near the waterfront and throughout the city and county. All Port property available for lease is ready to build. Utilities, including water, sewer, and power, are in place. Warehousing for storage or industrial businesses is conveniently located near the Port. The Port commissioners are committed to creating jobs and expanding economic development within Asotin County.
