Cruise Boat Dock at Port of Clarkston
Six cruise lines anchor tour boats at the Port's 580-foot "Gateway Dock," bringing several thousand tourists each year up the Columbia and Snake Rivers to Clarkston. The dock has two ramps leading to it, all secured with fencing due to the Homeland Security Act grant.
The dock is ideally situated for visitors to board a jetboat for a wild, whitewater ride up the Snake into Hells Canyon, North America's deepest river gorge.
When cruise ships are not in Port, private Boaters are also welcome to dock at Gateway for short stays.
